I  just completed level 4 of my foundation training in Florida. Level 4 really begins the middle phase of the training.

 The embryology is exciting because we're up to the 3rd week of development when the midline, spine and heart begin to form. This forms the base for our palpation skill of the fluid body. The basic process of orienting , synchronizing, attuning , disengaging and ignition become more familiar and a deeper perceptual experience for the students. Its always great teaching primary respiration and the long tide because now students can begin to sense it 3 dimensionally with their whole body not just their hands.

 It is always fun teaching in a retreat facility because the students seem to laugh harder at my jokes. For some reason in the past couple of years I find it essential total jokes every day in class and my teacher in training Valerie finally got with the joke program and brought in some of her own. Looking forward to level 5 when we reach the half way point and maybe the students will do some more drumming because they are really good at it...
